“ Love cha cha matcha! First time at this location, didn’t catch the lovely girls name that took my order & made my drink but she was too sweet. I walked in like 10 minutes before closing; I could tell they were ready to go home but still managing to remain polite- I put a 5 in the tip jar and she just seemed so grateful at such a small gesture; she then added a little extra chai into my chai matcha to make it extra yummy & I was equally as grateful. We chatted about smoothies for a moment & went on our way; It was a brief interaction but one that put a smile on my face the whole way home after a long day at work :) ”
“ I'm obsessed with matcha and heard about this brand for a long time now. I was so excited to try it in NY! I tried the lavender, ube, matcha latte which was unique and delicious. They have so many type of drinks so it was hard to make a choice. The only downside was that there's only one big table in the middle which isn't the most comfortable but it was ok. I can't wait to visit again in NY or somewhere else. Wish they were in London! ”

“ At this place, only order 3 things: purple drink, matcha latte and strawberry matcha. Everything else on the menu ignore. Potentially even ignore the strawberry. They try to get too creative and complicated. The chai matcha was one of the worst drinks I have ever had lol. But the matcha latte is seriously great. Which is why I give this place 5 stars. The baristas are super nice. But omg cha cha needs to reduce the chaos and noise in the menu. Stick to the things that acc taste good ”
